I’m nearing party panic mode today. Not quite there yet, but it’s only a matter of days now until I realise how much I have to get done! Today all the kids were supposed to be back at school after two weeks of holidays, but my little man is still getting over his tummy bug. Thank goodness it didn’t hit him a few days later – that would NOT be a nice way to spend your birthday!

Party Invitation {Plants vs Zombies}
It’s time to send out invitations for my little man’s party. I think his friends will get a kick out of these! Can’t wait for the big day!
Plants vs Zombies potted sunflowers
It’s been a crafty few days here. My little mans birthday is getting closer and I realised it’s time to get my rear into gear! So I’ve made potted sunflowers to decorate the house for his party. His friends can each take one home at the end of the day. I’m thinking I’ll put a little bag of sunflower seeds in them for the kids to plant in their gardens.
Chocolate ‘yogo’ {fructose free}
Did you eat Yogo as a kid? I did, and I loved it! But when trying to think of sweet treats for my own kids, that are also healthy and low in sugar, it felt a bit wrong giving them tubs of the store bought mud-like snack. So after a bit of good old internet research (not just surfing the net, honest!) I found a recipe for a homemade yogo and gave it a whirl.
